Michael Carmichael – Senior Communications Consultant

Michael was the senior interactive strategist at Carlson Marketing Group, where he created MySaturn.com, the prototype owner’s site for GM, and pioneered the concept of online focus groups for American Honda as well as other integrated marketing programs. Prior to CMG, Michael was the associate creative director/senior interactive strategist for Ross Roy and Organic where he developed a number of marketing programs. He also devised various customer-focused online marketing strategies for Kmart, Delta Faucet and Comerica. Michael is a member of the Northwestern Alumni Association (with a B.S. from the School of Communications, plus advanced studies in advertising).
