Meet the expert
Kathleen Norton-Schock’s career spans over 3.5 decades of marketing and global P & L leadership, product/service launch, program management, and sales management. Starting at a New York City “think tank” serving the IT industry, her experience includes robust leadership stints at Fortune 1000 technology giants as well as innovative smaller ventures. Kathleen was the first woman to run a worldwide P&L and integrated product line at Unisys; ran Midwest regional marketing at CA Technologies; and was also President of Telecorp Products, a national contact center software company. In addition, she has co-founded and led two startups with national scope. Fun fact: A native New Yorker, she briefly had an Actors Equity card in her late teens.
“My deepest passion is collaborating with medium-sized and startup companies, particularly those led by women; and helping them grow.” While her Bachelor of Arts degree was earned at New York University, Kathleen readily admits she has grown much more from having the chance to create and implement marketing plans for both large and small companies in diverse industries, ensuring that seamless, targeted, effective marketing initiatives make those companies more successful. “I love working with the team at Logos, because our diverse and deep experience, talents, bias toward lifelong learning, and generous spirits all help us truly give back to clients, and grow with them, as we are helping them. Every assignment brings new insight!”
